Thank you for registering for our event. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to provide a clear and fair refund process for our attendees.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests will be accepted only if submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the event. Requests received less than 48 hours before the event will not be eligible for a refund unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organiser.
3. How to Request a Refund

Refunds will be processed only after the refund request has been acknowledged and approved by our team.
4. Refund Amount

Full Refund: If your request is received 48 hours or more before the event starts, you will receive a full refund of the paid registration fee.

No Refund: Requests received less than 48 hours before the event start time are not eligible for a refund.
5. Payment Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase within 10–15 business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on banking/financial institutions.
6. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
In the event that we cancel or reschedule the event, all registered participants will be offered either:

A full refund, or

An option to transfer their registration to the rescheduled event (if applicable).
