Order Cancellation Policy

Participants may cancel their registration at least 48 hours before the start of the event to be eligible for a refund, as per our Refund Policy.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are not eligible for a refund.

In case the event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organiser, registered participants will be informed and offered an appropriate resolution.
